Historic building across the street--first building of Gettysburg College and Seminary from the early 1800s. Also served as a field hospital during the Battle of Gettysburg.
The house needed some fixing up--new paint. Notice the orange living room with their rose-colored Victorian couch!
As work progressed it began to look like an orange zebra or an albino pumpkin!!
The backyard needed to be fenced. Saturday the 18th, Linda & Mike drove their truck up and Dad drove our car with me and Tammy & Isabella. We primed walls in the house and the guys worked on the fencing in the backyard, Jenni's sisters were there, along with a friend-John, and Jenni's mother, Tina. The downstairs got one coat of prime paint that day.

Monday, Dad & I went back up and I watched kids while Dad & Eric finished building the fence and Jenni put the first coat of pale pink paint on the girls' walls.
